WITHERED: Another New Song Posted Online
October 6, 2010"The Progenitor's Grasp", a brand new song from Atlanta's blackened doom heathens WITHERED, is available for download at BrooklynVegan.com. It can also be streamed below. The track comes off the group's new album, "Dualitas", which is scheduled for release on October 26 via Prosthetic Records.
The CD and vinyl versions of "Dualitas" will have different covers, both of which were created by Paul Romano (MASTODON, TRIVIUM, THE ACACIA STRAIN),who also did the cover for WITHERED's previous LP, "Folie Circulaire".
WITHERED's third album (second for Prosthetic Records),"Dualitas" was recorded by KYLESA's Phillip Cope at the Jam Room in Columbia, South Carolina.
Prosthetic has launched a pre-order for the album at the label's official webstore.
The vinyl version of "Dualitas" will be a 500-piece limited-edition gatefold double-LP set on 150-gram wax, which contains the exclusive 33-minute instrumental track "Dwell".

WITHERED will support DANZIG on this fall's installment of the "Blackest Of The Black Tour" and then joining up with labelmates SKELETONWITCH and LANDMINE MARATHON for the "North American Skullsplitter 2010 Tour".
WITHERED appeared on the "Blackened Fest" in 2009 with MAYHEM, and also toured with WATAIN, MARDUK and appeared at 2009's inaugural Scion Rock Fest, along with SKELETONWITCH, MASTODON, TORCHE and more.
